I have been meaning to write a review for years. I don't really like Fish and Chips all that much, but this place should be recognised nationally..in fact I did try to find if there was a national fish and chips award, but I couldn't find one. The portion sizes for the cod are great... I don't know where he gets his fish from!? The cod is also fantastic. I have paid expensive prices across the country but they are never as good as here. I think the Lynn News used to do Fish and Chip awards but I don't know why they would give the award to anyone else, Seabank is the best fish and chips shop in Kings Lynn (if not Norfolk!). Tucked out of the way maybe hard to find but it's worth going out of your way to get your fish and chips from here. Thank you for your service Sir!

I’m taking the time to reply, mainly after seeing Adela’s daft review! If you throw up 10mins after a meal it isn’t the meal you just ate that was the problem. And I wouldn’t get ‘mixed meat’ anywhere if you have such a weak stomach. I mirror the other glowing reviews. It’s up there with Bitson’s as the joint best chippy locally, and that includes the coast, with the added bonus of very generous portions. We get two large chips and split it between 4 of us and we still have enough left to recook and add to a meal the next day. The fish are as big as your lower leg and that’s no exaggeration. The lady is very nice and always remembers how we like things (including my free scraps without having to ask). Recommended!
